Look out Wichita, change may again be in the air. The Wichita aircraft manufacturer, Raytheon, has entered into exclusive negotiations with Onex to sell it's manufacturing segment for an estimated $3 billion. Not exactly chump change.

With the Machinist's Union EACH receiving a ridiculous $61,000+/- Christmas Bonus this year, the 6300 or so employees over at Raytheon must be tickled pink. Or thinking pink....

Whatever the final decision, it's personally disturbing to me to have one big Canadian company vested so heavily in the Wichita (and American) market.
